2.1. Medesworldwide is a leading medical repatriation service provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical transportation services globally. The company provides a range of medical repatriation services, including air ambulance, medical escort, and medical tourism.

2.2. At Medesworldwide, we are committed to offering safe, reliable, and cost-effective medical transportation solutions for patients who require medical assistance during travel. Our team of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics, have extensive experience in managing medical emergencies and are dedicated to ensuring that patients receive the best care possible.

  1. MEDICAL REPATRIATION SERVICES

Medesworldwide offers a comprehensive range of medical repatriation services, including:

3.1. Air Ambulance

 We provide air ambulance services, which involve the transportation of patients by plane to their desired location. This service is ideal for patients who require urgent medical attention and need to be transported quickly and safely.

3.2. Medical Escort:

Our medical escort service involves the transportation of patients via commercial airlines, accompanied by a qualified medical professional. This service is suitable for patients who require medical assistance during travel but do not require urgent medical attention.

3.3. Medical Tourism:

 We offer medical tourism services, which involve the coordination of medical procedures and travel arrangements for patients seeking medical treatment in a foreign country.

  1. QUOTES

Clients can obtain a quote for medical repatriation services through our website. The quote will include a breakdown of the costs associated with the requested services. By accepting and signing the quote online, clients enter into a contractual agreement with Medesworldwide, which is subject to our terms and conditions.

  1. Payments

5.1. After signing the quote, clients will receive a quotation that includes a payment link for the Services. Medesworldwide requires full payment prior to the commencement of the Service. In most cases, clients will receive a second invoice for the tickets (client ticket and our escort person ticket), which the client pays by a payment link received with this (second) invoice.

5.2. Medesworldwide accepts various forms of payment, including credit card and wire transfer. Clients should ensure that all payments are made in accordance with the agreed payment terms to avoid any delays in the provision of services.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

6.1. Cancellation of Accepted Quote Within 48 Hours of Intended Date/Time

In the event that a client cancels an accepted quote for transportation services 48 hours or less before the intended date/time of transportation, according to the order confirmation sent to the client, no refund shall be granted.

6.2. Cancellation of Accepted Quote More Than 48 Hours Before Intended Date/Time

If a client cancels an accepted quote for transportation services more than 48 hours before the intended date/time of transportation, according to the order confirmation sent to the client, a 10% hold on the quoted amount will be applied for expenses.

6.3. Exclusion of Recourse for Cancellation Losses or Damages

It is hereby established that the above-stated clause regarding cancellations shall be valid, enforceable and shall be applied in its entirety. In addition, the client shall be prevented from pursuing any form of recourse or compensation against the transportation service provider for any losses or damages resulting from the cancellation of the accepted quote.

  1. REFUNDS

7.1. At Medesworldwide, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients. We understand that there may be circumstances where a client needs to cancel their medical repatriation. In such cases, our refund policy applies.

7.2. Refunds will be granted according to the terms agreed upon between the client and Medesworldwide. The refund amount will be determined based on the time of cancellation and the work already completed by Medesworldwide.

7.3. Medesworldwide will process refunds as soon as possible, but please note that it may take up to 30 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s account.

7.4. Medesworldwide reserves the right to withhold or reduce the refund amount if the client breachesany of the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions or if the cancellation is due to the client’s fault.

7.5. If the client wishes to cancel their medical repatriation, they must notify Medesworldwide in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.

7.6. Medesworldwide will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from a cancellation, including but not limited to non-refundable costs incurred by the client or any third party.

7.7. Medesworldwide reserves the right to amend or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the client via email or through our website.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Medesworldwide provides medical repatriation services with the highest level of care and expertise. However, in no event shall Medesworldwide be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any other kind of loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this Website or the Services provided by Medesworldwide.

8.2. Medesworldwide shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or inability to access the Website or use the Services, whether caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, power outages, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

8.3. The client acknowledges that they use the Website and the Services at their own risk. Medesworldwide shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the client’s property or personal injury resulting from the use of the Website or the Services provided by Medesworldwide.

8.4. In any event, Medesworldwide’s total liability to the client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services rendered by Medesworldwide.

8.5. The limitations of liability set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall apply regardless of whether Medesworldwide has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if such damages were foreseeable.
